The Popeye's on 40th street between 7th and 8th is a trash heap. The street and sidewalk outside is regularly covered in disgusting Popeye's runoff. Here is what was outside of Popeye's on Sunday morning. Special thanks to Undercover Popeye's Garbage Scout J.H.
Rage Against Popeye's will document these and other such violations against the inhabitants of 40th Street.
Thank you so much for creating this citizen's action blog. Popeye's on 40th street has been above the law for too long. Do they have no sense of community responsibility? Do they think we LIKE walking by their disgusting trash strewn all over the sidwalk?
